This session will cover the requirements that must be met for the mentor-protégé agreement during the pre-agreement phase, by both the Mentors and Protégés. The discussion will include the establishment of relationships, agreeing on developmental assistance plan, clarify subcontracting expectation, commitment by both firms to ensure agreement’s success, determination of mentor and protégés personnel and firm missions, and writing of the agreement.
